Need help building your agency?

For our very first call, there might be 10 minutes or so of getting to know each other and working out what we need to achieve in the 60 minute session. Then we get down to business. You ask your questions or share your ideas and we work through them methodically: that might I play Devil's Advocate and challenge some of your ideas or we stress test the thinking with some applied thinking. We can focus on one challenge or multiple, but come ti the meeting with a firm idea of what you want to achieve in our time together. To finish the call, we set an action plan so you know what to do next. If we're doing multiple sessions, we will start each call checking back in on the action plan to measure progress and discuss any obstacles or new insights.

I want to make sure you get the most value out of each 60 minute session which is why I send you a short questionnaire to fill out before we start our first video call. That's so I get to know more about you and your agency plans and we get get straight into working through any of your challenges, questions or ideas. It's good for you to have your own game plan coming into these sessions - that's what being an Indie Agency owner is all about! 

I'm available 7am to 9:30pm AEST (Australian Eastern Standard Time) which means I can talk to most people anywhere in the world within typical business hours. I keep weekends for my family. You'll learn that finding good work/life balance is important to me and I hope it is for you too!

Absolutely! They're probably helping to pay for this session anyway so bring them along and we can work through things together. The only caveat to this is that to make the most of our time together, it's better to be working on solutions rather than partners raising a whole bunch of questions or arguing over direction. If I spend the call being a referee or counsellor between partners, you're not going to get a lot of value out of the call!
